2. Cucumber

This vegetable has lots of fiber, can keep away constipation and costs very little. It is crunchy and helps you stay cool.

3. Watermelon

Watermelon is another fruit that keeps you cool. It has a high percentage (91%) of water. There are a lot of antioxidants present in it. Do not buy chopped slices, which may cause Diarrhea. Buy, cool it, slice and enjoy.

4. Curd/Yogurt

Curd is a wonderful and delicious coolant, which we can have in various forms like- lassi, chachh, or raita. We can also make cool deserts during summers. It is also available easily at homes. It keeps ulcers and allergies away.

5. Onions

Onions are always in our carts. They have wonderful cooling properties. We have it in salads, curries, chutneys, dips, and raitas. Have red onions especially because they are very rich in Quercetin, which is natural anti-allergen. It also saves from sunstroke.
