Who can get a refund?

You can get a refund if you have successfully paid for recharge transaction but couldn't get recharge.

My payment was successful but my mobile wasn't recharged. How will I get my money back?

After successfully making a payment, if your recharge transactions fails, money will be automatically added in your amulyam wallet. Go to 'My Wallet' to check if money has been added or not. Recharge your mobile again if it's added. If money is not added amulyam wallet, please create a ticket to reach our customer support.

How to request a refund?

Please create a ticket against the order and clearly explain what problems are you facing with the recharge. We'll initiate refunds within 24 hours at our end and banks will take another 3 to 5 days to process refunds.
